The Role

Based in Brisbane you will be the key architect of the MCoE’s global capability framework. Operating in a context of change, you will be responsible for design and implementation of the capability framework, development of learning modules to transfer competence and develop capabilities, a global change management strategy, managing a global team of experts, and, engaging with the wider business.  

The Individual

You will have significant experience working in large and complex environments with a proven track record of achieving capability development and improvement on a global scale. Previous experience in heavy industries, a collaborative style of engagement and the ability to convert business decisions into people development strategies will be important. Tertiary qualifications in HR or engineering with people management in maintenance would be beneficial. Professional Spanish will be an advantage.
