The Company

We are delighted to be working with a global consumer goods brand to help them appoint a new Global Talent Acquisition Head. This role will be based in Switzerland with the option to commute from a major European city each week if needed.

The Role

The Global Talent Acquisition Head will lead the Global CoE with direct reports for each of the major regions plus responsibility for operational excellence across recruitment, building an in-house executive search function and developing better linkage with talent and mobility within the business. The direct TA team will be 50+ with matrix reporting into the country operations. Driving a culture focused on attracting external talent as well as nurturing internal talent will be at the root of this role.  

The Individual

You should be operating as a Global or International Talent Acquisition Head and be able to show a track record of leading a function, team and taking the function through a steep development and growth phase. Experience in building an in-house search capability and up-skilling a global TA team will be critical. This is a role with full P&L accountability for the CoE and direct reporting to the executive HR leadership team.
