The Company

Our client is a global US consulting business with a complex matrix set up and a reputation for innovation. The business is embracing digitisation and therefore need a Global Learning Lead to cover their rapidly changing technology and operations division.

The Role

The role will be based in London, responsible for building and driving learning strategy across a large scale multi footprint tech and ops population to support business needs. This includes key hubs such as India where development of workforce capability will be critical. The move to more digital learning programs and other cost effective solutions will be a key focus. Other priorities include building a culture of continuous learning and learning agility. The role will collaborate with the broader group Learning and Talent teams so solutions must remain consistent with the group whilst tailored to the local and divisional needs.  

The Individual

We are looking for a deep Learning expert. You will be passionate about training and upskilling large scale workforces. Ideally you will have demonstrated an ability to produce results in challenging environments without large budgets behind you. Someone from a technology background with an understanding of digital learning would be beneficial.
