The Company

This company continues to grow rapidly, both organically and through acquisition. A leader in the healthcare industry, this organization has a service-oriented approach to customers across Europe. As a result of their continued expansion, they will soon be looking for a new Head of HR for their largest region.

The Role

Based in Munich, and working as a business partner, you are working with the senior leadership team to create and drive HR strategies across the region, to support, develop and empower people within the organisation. Your role is to proactively support the delivery of HR initiatives including coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, talent & capability development, legal aspects, succession planning, employee relations and works council negotiations.  

The Individual

You are an experienced HR generalist with an understanding of regulated environments relating to the healthcare or services industries. This role requires someone who can show proven success in creating strong talent attraction and retention plans to compete in a tight talent market. You will be familiar with managing various stakeholder relationships in order to ensure HR strategies are engaged to support the wider business goals.
