Our client is a major global luxury goods company with multiple brands operating across multiple categories. Japan is one of their biggest markets and strongly linked to their home, not only due to its sizeable business but also for its strategic importance as a top luxury brand in the market. This role will be located in Tokyo.
This is a unique business partnering and talent managementhybrid role which will focus on growing leaders in the business, as well as being a business partner to the corporate back office team of roughly 100+ members. Tasks will include providing quality service and results as it pertains to HR core functional knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training and development.
Collaborate with the HR Director and managers to assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Implement and embed local HR/Talent Management initiatives across the function. Strong communication skills and team spirit will be needed to be successful in the role.
