The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Leader based in Seattle, you will be in a highly visible role managing a small team of recruiters. Half your time will be spent managing, supporting and coaching the team and the other half of your time will focus on delivering US based searches across a broad range of functional areas. Enhancing operational excellence will be a big focus as will diversity and inclusion. In close partnership with the Talent Management team and the business leads you will provide insights and will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to land and onboard top talent.  

The Individual

We are seeking a world-class Talent Acquisition Manager with experience leading teams and recruiting across a broad range of functional areas. This person will be an outstanding leader of people and confident demonstrating a variety of search methodologies that have proven successful. Previous experience recruiting to a diversity agenda would be well regarded.
