This is a newly created role aimed at providing a more robust strategic HR capability to the business. This is a position for an experienced HR generalist who is comfortable working in a smaller financial institution and who wants to take ownership of a function. You’ll be managing 2-3 junior HR executives and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations for the Singapore office; this will include, but not limited to, implementing company-wide HR Policies, employee benefits, recruitment, talent management and L&D. This is a holistic, hands-on generalist leadership position where you will work closely with senior stakeholders develop new long term strategic initiatives across the entire people agenda whilst ensuring day to day operations are running optimally.
The ideal individual will come from a strong financial services background and existing knowledge and exposure to investment banking will be an advantage. This will suit an individual who likes to work in an autonomous environment where you’ll take ownership of the complete HR agenda, both operational and strategic. As such this person must be both a capable business partner, able to face off to c-suite stakeholders, whilst remaining very close to the day to day operations.
