The Role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources – APAC, your role will focus on the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy, delivery and processes. You will be required to work with and through the business and functional leaders across all levels and the HR team. This is a new role and opportunity to shape the learning strategy and framework for a fast-growing business across APAC. Ideally, the role will be based in Melbourne. Over time you will build a team and create a learning culture that provides a platform for leaders, employees and contractors to develop, align to health and safety requirements and deliver word-class projects and business targets.  

The Individual

You will be hands-on as you work with the business to standardize existing services and content while designing the future state L&D framework. You have a track record of success in developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned to business strategy and organisational capability requirements. You are comfortable working in a project focused and people centric environment balancing client interests with those of the business and project leaders.
