Following some major acquisitions and integrations, this global organisation is going through a number of exciting changes to build out a harmonised HR structure to support the business in this time of growth. As a result, the organisation is looking for an interim Employee Engagement Lead to join the team.
Based in Barcelona, this role is all about helping the organisation to analyze the engagement data and create a culture change program to align with the business goals. You will be responsible for defining the employee engagement strategy and driving the execution for the integration transformation. This is a full-time contract with the possibility to split work between commuting and home, however you will need to be onsite at least three days a week.
We are looking for an experience HR Business Partner with strong change management experience within the talent and engagement space. You have proven success in design and project management of employee engagement strategies. You will have a global mindset (having ideally lived and worked abroad), strong analytical skills and be comfortable working in a matrixed environment. You will bring the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different functions. M&A experience is a distinct advantage.
