Based in Sydney, lead the Talent Management function across APAC including the implementation, alignment and integration of the overall strategy for talent management. The roles include Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, strong succession pipelines and capability development, leadership progression and Learning & Development. This position supports and integrates the company’s vision and strategies into the integrated talent management efforts. You will enable a high-performance work culture and identify organiaational competency gaps and develop strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
You must have regional experience and ability to travel internationally. Its critical you have an understanding of how business strategies drive talent initiatives today and in the future. Core is your background in TM, OD and Leadership and while experience in TA is highly desirable it’s not mandatory. You will have broad knowledge of best practices and commonly used concepts in TM and an ability to tailor, adapt and evolve such practices and initiatives across the region. Your relationships skills across all levels combined with your cultural awareness across the region help you to influence and deliver great talent and business results across APAC and as you collaborate globally.
