Because of recent large scale structural changes and a sharpening of business focus around key product and service offerings, several key learning and development roles have been created. As the company continues to drive their Talent strategies, they are looking for a new Director of Talent & Leadership Development globally. With annual revenues, more than US$7 Billion and operations in more than 40 countries, the opportunity presents its share of complexities.
This role is responsible for leadership development across all functions with a heavy emphasis on the commercial division. You will be assessing leadership and organizational capability needs associated with the business strategy and developing functional competency training programs accordingly. The role could be based in any number of locations across the US spanning the West Coast, Mid West or New Jersey area.
You will have at least 10+ years’ experience in Learning & Development within multinational organizations, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector. We are looking for a very metrics driven individual with proven success in developing organizational capability through creating innovative talent development strategies. Global experience is beneficial however we will also consider candidates with large scale domestic or regional only experience. The role would suit an ambitious professional who can thrive in a highly visible role working with senior stakeholders.
