The Role

The position is based in London with travel expected mainly across Europe and Asia but also globally. The position will have a key focus on leadership development and talent across the business but is essentially an HR Generalist role, working with multiple stakeholders including cluster HR Directors, a range of specialists and of course business leaders. The total population is over 7000 people in the regions and the HR structure mirrors that of the business. As with most matrix organisations, there is an extended indirect team across the market and importantly numerous stakeholders to partner, influence and enjoy working with.  

The Individual

The partner we are seeking will have worked internationally ideally in more than one region, preferably Europe and Asia within leading multinational companies. Experience in the services environment including IT, Hospitality, and Customer Services is preferable. Either way the individual will enjoy a fast paced and responsive culture where they can add significant value across the HR spectrum and be used to bringing innovation, inspiration and synergy to the business. It is critical that you can demonstrate substantial practical, first-hand HR leadership experience as well as preferably having worked for an organisation that is well regarded for HR and people strategies.
