Based in London, the role will have the responsibility of driving the UK people strategy across a multitude of business divisions. In addition, you will need to ensure the consistency of approach whilst tailoring to the needs of the individual businesses. As part of the broader EMEA and international teams, implementing group initiatives whilst shaping for the needs of the UK people is required. Being an agile influencer while striking a balance is essential. Partnering with various business leaders, you will implement the best approach to talent retention, culture, performance and talent mobility whilst leading a small team of HR professionals.
You are an experienced HR generalist who can handle ambiguous environments. In addition, you will need to be versatile, commercial, dynamic and equipped with good EQ. There’s also a level of confidence required in this organisation to influence and build relationships. It’s a creative and innovative environment so you will need to demonstrate flair and ideally have worked in a related sector. Technology, Consumer or Media would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
