The Role
The Head of HR, China will lead a team of over 20 subordinates and report directly to the Global Head of HR. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders in China and active engagement with global HR Centres of Excellence.
The Individual
We are seeking a senior Head of HR who will be responsible for optimising HR operations, including enhancing effectiveness through ERP and assessments, alongside strategic workforce planning and refining operational models. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong focus on transformation, involving the exploration of new operational methodologies, driving cultural shifts, and fostering mindset adjustments. This includes crafting a culture statement that aligns actions with words, ensuring alignment across the organisation. The Head of HR, China role will also emphasise performance management and leadership development as a priority, with a specific emphasis on nurturing an outcome-driven organisational structure to support overall growth and success.
