Obtaining Greater HR Representation on Boards

ChapmanCG’s Managing Director, Alan Mait, discusses the need for greater HR representation on boards with our guest, Jon Rickers, Senior Vice President of HR at EnPro (Charlotte, North Carolina). Jon discusses mega trends across the corporate landscape and the drive for ‘people people’ to be represented at a senior business discussion making level. Listen to the podcast by clicking the image below.

“Significant trends in the workplace point to more focus on people and on helping employees find meaning and purpose in their work. When these trends are considered along with the primary responsibilities of corporate directors, it seems very likely that companies in the near-term will enhance their financial performance by adding “people” experts to the boardroom.”
