Paul Jury Joins ChapmanCG as Group General Manager

The Chapman Consulting Group today announces that Paul Jury will be joining as Group General Manager across the associated companies. Paul will be based in Sydney, and he will have a global focus on optimising the people and operations strategies within all ChapmanCG entities. His focus will be on ensuring, via these strategies, that ChapmanCG reaches its goal of being the global leader of HR search.

Matt Chapman, CEO of ChapmanCG, stated, “Paul is an exceptional leader, and we look forward to having him as an integral part of our team as ChapmanCG’s global growth accelerates.” Paul’s move to ChapmanCG will free up Matthew Chapman to concentrate 100 percent on market-facing activities around the company’s global HR leaders and network. Chapman continued, “I am personally also looking forward to working with the team exclusively on external matters, as my passion is around innovation and partnering closely with our global HR network to ensure we are exceeding expectations.”

“I am thrilled to be joining ChapmanCG at such an exciting time in the group’s development,” said Paul. “It is a pleasure to join this talented and driven team to help them execute on the growth strategy of the CEO and leadership team. While I look forward to attracting more great talent, a key focus will be developing our existing team to take on bigger responsibilities, whether that is the origination of more senior work, or getting ready to lead a team in an emerging market. The progression of people in our organisation will be a key metric of my success.”

Prior to joining The Chapman Consulting Group, Paul was a founding member of Talent2, where he held many roles, including both General Manager and Managing Director, helping to lead the company through a period of outstanding growth over the past decade. He has spent much of this time in various senior management roles across Australia and New Zealand, responsible for people performance and operational management.
