Stefanie Cross-Wilson joins The Chapman Consulting Group as International President

Stefanie Cross-Wilson has joined The Chapman Consulting Group as International President, based in Los Angeles. She will focus on strengthening the firm’s global HR network and will be the company’s key contact point for Human Resources leaders in The Americas and Europe. Stefanie will also work closely with Matthew Chapman on the group’s ongoing growth strategy.

An American citizen, Stefanie grew up in Australia and then went on to live and work in Asia for over 20 years. Her recent experience includes 12 years with Hudson (NASDAQ: HHGP), where she served in key leadership roles including CEO Asia and President, Recruitment & Talent Management North America. She was also a member of the organisation’s global Talent Management board.

Stefanie has worked extensively with leading multinational employers across a broad range of geographies and industries in the development and implementation of best practices in HR, talent acquisition and talent management strategies.
