Consulting with the senior business leaders, and the Asia Pacific head of HR, you will be instrumental in designing the pan-organisation talent, diversity, and inclusion strategy, and driving the achievement of these objectives across the region. You will be required to work in close partnership with business heads, HRBP’s, talent development peers, and other stakeholders – to influence, promote and action various initiatives and programs. The preferred location of the role is Hong Kong.
You will be a first class CoE talent leader, with extensive proven experience driving the diversity and inclusion strategy in large multinational organisations. You will have the dual ability to plan and design, as well as action the implementation of those projects across the region. Strong stakeholder management skills are key for the success of this role.
