Since its foundation in the company has grown steadily and is thriving in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.
A pivotal Senior HR Directorship position has opened up in Dubai which requires a bilingual (English/Arabic or English/French) HR Leader with excellent understanding of the intricacies and challenges of the market here. This is very much a strategic business partnering opportunity in a heavily-matrixed set-up. Demanding stakeholders will require a front-footed sharp-thinker and strong communicator with excellent EQ.
The appointment will require at least 12 years’ of broad, generalist HR business partnering experience, specifically within the Middle East arena. Strong technical skills are absolutely expected and a malleability to work across several very different styles of culture. Systems still need to be established and structure needs to be created.
