Based in Shanghai, this role is the TA Leader, leading the pharma sector of the business into China. The company is growing steadily in China with a focus on business optimisation and are looking for a strong TA leader who will play a key role in the design, delivery, execution and assessment of talent acquisition strategies, and initiatives that enable the acquisition of top talent required to meet business objectives. You will be working closely with the business leaders to look for continuous improvement of the organisation and the hiring experience. The role requires someone strong in client relationship, able to deal with ambiguity and change, and passionate about what they do. You will have a small team, so will require people management experience in the past.
You should have proven track record with 8-12 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably from a pharma or health care related industry. You need to be bi-lingual in both Mandarin and English.
