The APAC Head of Diversity and Inclusion, will report to the APAC HR Head and be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and the execution framework within APAC. This includes building best practice, partnering with the global diversity and inclusion team to ensure alignment, and facilitating ownership and accountability amongst senior leaders on diversity and inclusion issues. You will focus on diversifying the workforce with different skills and backgrounds, whilst ensuring an inclusive environment.
The person we are seeking for this position is a first-class HR practitioner with extensive expertise in devising and executing highly effective Inclusion, Engagement and Culture Change programmes across large, tier-one organisations. The ideal profile would be someone who has a broad HR Generalist or Talent Management background with some change management experience.
