The Company

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation headquartered in the United States, searching for an International Talent Acquisition Director specifically for R&D. The business is going from strength to strength with its footprint outside of the US becoming more prominent and as a result they are continuously looking to drive improvements and efficiencies and are embarking on an agenda of change and transformation.

The Role

Reporting into the International Head of Talent Acquisition and based in the EMEA regional hub in Greater London. You will sit on the regional team, but you will lead and drive all R&D Recruitment activities across the 70+ countries in the international scope (everything outside of the US). Given the dynamic culture, fast pace and change agenda, this will be a challenging and exciting position, offering the opportunity to truly add value and support the growth of a blue-chip, tier one organisation.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional from blue chip, multi-national corporations, with solid expertise in the Pharmaceutical sector and specific experience recruiting in R&D. You will have had exposure to RPO’s and executive recruitment and will be comfortable driving a function across multiple locations. Experience and comfort working in a changing and transforming environment will be highly desirable, enabling you to navigate complexities and adapt to a fluid working environment. You will be able to operate and engage at a senior, strategic level but given this is a ‘build-out’ role you will also need to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and deliver at a more tactical level as well. Above all you will be a highly credible, enthusiastic and passionate individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ approach.
