We are helping them to appoint a Hong Kong Head of Human Resources, based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, the Hong Kong Head of Human Resources is a leadership position within the company, responsible for leading the HR function in Hong Kong. The successful individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, working closely with the business to ensure that the HR strategy and practices are aligned with their overall business goals. The role will also be responsible for ensuring the right talent is in place to support future growth.

The ideal individual for this role will be an up-and-coming HR lead with a track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business at all levels. A strategic thinker, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
