Based in Tokyo, this role will provide human resources support mainly in the areas of talent acquisition (all the recruitment including temporary staff), talent review, performance review, succession planning, mobility management, employee relations, learning & development, and other human resources projects working closely with HR Director, department heads, Management Committee, APAC Region, Group HR, and other internal and external business partners.
To prove credibility and influence amongst other leadership members, strong communication is needed to be effective while working with HQ, as well as when working locally. The speed of the business also demands need for multi-tasking across multiple HR projects. The company will be creatively adjusted the brand globally and this will have effects on the talent management and the talent development in the Japan market.
