The Company

We are excited to be working with a leading global technology organisation which is strongly focused on analytics and data, and the effect that is has on business outcomes. They are currently expanding and building capabilities to further drive their transformation agenda, and are seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, experienced HR practitioner to be based in London. As an HR Business Lead, this role will be essential to the success of their transformation.

The Role

Reporting to two Senior HR Director’s, this regional role will be responsible for a population of around 1200 people. As the primary interface with the client group, this person will be expected to provide solutions and advice on both strategic and operational matters. Acting as a Business Consultant, and serving as a credible and trusted advisor, this role will be a member of multiple leadership teams within the business.  

The Individual

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a well-rounded HR professional with extensive experience working in multiple, high-quality environments. Being able to influence and inspire is crucial and working closely with multiple senior stakeholders and gaining their trust is a must. Ideally you will have experience in high tech and/or professional services and experience successfully managing change and promoting innovation and continual improvement.
