The Company

We are working with a global systems and process company offering products, services and solutions to the oil, gas, water and power industries. As they pursue their aggressive growth agenda, a new role has arisen at their corporate headquarters in Houston.

The Role

The Director, Human Resources will provide human resources leadership for the North American business to drive the people agenda for systems, processes and culture. The role will also create a compelling employee value proposition that attracts, retains and energizes key talent. In addition, the HR Director will ensure that all business and functions within the North American region have the optimum structure to deliver the business strategy for long-term, sustainable growth.  

The Individual

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience partnering with senior executives through large-scale organizational changes or significant growth, preferably in an industrial products and services organization. They will be expected to establish trusted relationships with the executive leadership team and operating leaders by truly understanding the business and aligning human resources programs to credibly enable key initiatives at all levels of the organization. They will be a fearless coach and a confidant to the regional leadership team.
