We are excited to partner with a first-tier luxury retail organisation to work on a Korea Head of Talent Acquisition role. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation and is setting the foundation to further grow its business in Korea. The role is based in Seoul.
Reporting to the Korea Head of HR, you will oversee the talent acquisition function for Korea. The company has around 1300 headcount and will grow steadily in the next three to five years. Working alongside the recruitment process outsourcing team, you will lead and execute talent acquisition programs related to employee value proposition, process enhancement, RPO implementation, and applicant tracking system. Bringing in business and market insights into the function, the role will need to translate business goals into talent acquisition strategy.
We are looking for a TA lead with experience in working in an environment with an RPO structure. You should have a proven track record of leading a talent acquisition function. Possessing experience in managing employer branding and EVP projects is essential. You should also have experience streamlining recruitment processes and handling applicant tracking system.
