The organisation is a consumer focused business, but fundamentally changing direction through new products, culture and a fresh mission so they are looking for people to be an integral part of this transformative journey. They are shifting their talent attraction strategy to focus more on digital, technology and R&D pools and therefore need to fundamentally change the way they assess external talent.
Based in Switzerland, this person will be tasked with the build out of a longer-term strategy to revamp the approach to external assessment and selection of external talent – bringing consistency and joined up thinking across the organisation. They will utilise assessment to engage new talent pools, building an immersive candidate experience through innovative assessments such as gamification. A key part of this will be the implementation of assessment tools to help the organisation predict future behavioural patterns and tailor talent acquisition strategies accordingly. Ultimately this person will play a key part in helping the organisation plug key talent gaps and equip line managers to better evaluate what good looks like in the future state of the organisation.
University degree or higher; occupational psychology qualification preferred. At least 10 years in an HR related field and a multinational environment; Minimum 4-5 years in Assessment. Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Assessment strategies and initiatives. Up to date technical knowledge of innovative assessment for selection tools and processes. Proven track record of leading high-level assessment projects. Developing competency models/assessment frameworks from first principles. Designing immersive selection tools and materials.
