Our client is a truly global organisation in a fast-paced industry, with a successful reputation and exciting future. Positioned in a market that is driven by consumer trends, this FMCG organisation is continually looking to offer innovative products, choices and advanced technologies. They are searching for a Global Head of HR Shared Services, to be located in either London or Bucharest.

The Role

A core part of this role will be to build and optimise the shared services function for the business. Running a global team of 200 across the hubs, the candidate will be required to design and deploy efficient processes and operations. A targeted strategy will ensure the business is set up to support HR operations in different markets and locations, including driving HR service quality and efficiency.  

The Individual

Sector agnostic, our client requires a shared service head who has significant experience understanding and navigating large multinationals in an HR shared services environment. The successful candidate must have experience of maintaining highly motivated teams, delivering complex, large scale change programs and working at a strategic level. Strong project management skills and being able to build relationships and manage stakeholders is also preferred.
