This is a great opportunity to take lead in this newly formed position, utilising language skills to be a truly global player in the HR function. The C&B Manager will have active exposure to both the head of Total Rewards locally and with the Global function as well. There are multiple career paths within C&B and within other functions of HR.
Potential challenges
As with any multi-national company going through a transformation, there will of course be challenging projects, however with that will be new skills and experiences gained.
