The Role

The Director, Talent Management, is a key leadership position in the organization. It will drive talent strategies across the business to ensure that it has the right talent in the right roles at right time, to meet its strategic goals. This hands-on role will have responsibility for the design, development, implementation of the global strategy (US, Mexico and Europe), and the approach, standards and policies related to talent processes. It will utilize partners across the COE structure to execute and deploy talent initiatives enterprise wide supporting a period of growth and transformation for the business. The Director, Talent Management, directly reports to, and supports, the CHRO in planning the strategic talent agenda.  

The Individual

The successful candidate requires a breadth of knowledge across talent management, organizational development and change management. They will bring experience from a fast-paced, multinational organization, ideally in a multi-location, manufacturing environment. This individual will be someone that is comfortable and enthusiastic about leading high-level strategic initiatives as well as being hands-on and focussed on the details and execution of these initiatives. They should be fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
