How do you prepare and support HR through Agile transformation?

Human Resources organizations around the world are exploring a shift towards an Agile way of working to better meet the needs of the business. In an ever-changing marketplace and with tight competition, an Agile approach can allow Human Resources functions to readily adapt to changes in business strategy. However, this shift in methodology requires a thought out transition and does not come without its challenges. In this ChapmanCG Podcast, we speak to Tatiana Goldberg, from Unilever, about best and learned practices through implementing an HR Agile transformation. As HR Director for the Marketing organization for the North America cluster, she was instrumental in leading the function’s Agile transformation. She is currently relocating to the UK where she will be taking on the new role as HR Director for Supply Chain Global.

Unilever is one of the world’s largest and most influential consumer goods companies. Tatiana started with the company as an intern and moved across geographies and into different roles including Rewards, Training, HR Business Partnering, and Leadership/Organizational Development.
