Abby Walters

Senior Director

Abby is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG, and is based in Dubai. She is the key point of contact in the Middle East and works closely with the global team to identify senior HR leadership talent across the region.

Abby has enjoyed almost 15 years working in the recruitment industry in both the UK and Dubai. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Abby worked for several years with an international search firm where she headed the in-house legal team. The role saw her relocate from London to Dubai in 2013 in order to establish the company’s Middle East operation from scratch. Previously Abby opened the Middle East office of a boutique legal search firm where she spent over four years building an excellent reputation for her bespoke and consultative approach across the Gulf.

Outside of work Abby enjoys travel, skiing, cookery, half marathon running and spending time with her family.

Anna Taylor

Director

Anna is a Director with ChapmanCG, based in the South of France. She works closely with the global management team to identify senior HR leadership talent and also focuses on building ChapmanCG’s HR contact base worldwide.

Originally from New Zealand, Anna has worked in Auckland, London and more recently in France, with almost a decade of executive search experience across a variety of industries throughout EMEA. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, she worked for a boutique technology search firm specialising in helping both multi-national corporates and start-ups expand throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Anna has an MSc in Psychology from Canterbury University, and enjoys traveling, yoga and the odd half marathon in her spare time – although can be easily convinced to postpone a training session for good wine with friends instead.

CEO

Ben Davies is the CEO at ChapmanCG and is responsible for the continued expansion of the business globally.

He has played a pivotal role in driving ChapmanCG’s rapid growth across the Americas, EMEA and the Asia Pacific. Ben’s previous experience included leading senior executive search assignments for top multinationals in EMEA, North America and the Asia Pacific for ChapmanCG and prior to that, for the London office of Korn/Ferry International. His global mandate includes enhancing ChapmanCG’s ties with global client headquarters in EMEA and North America.

Ben is passionate about best practice executive search and recruitment methodologies and processes. As a result, he has a heavy focus on driving innovation internally at ChapmanCG. He also advises key clients as they build their businesses internationally, and in particular across rapid-growth and emerging markets.

Ben studied Sports Science at the University of Wales, Cardiff. He has successfully completed ultra-marathons in Mongolia and Ecuador.

Frieder Rummel

Executive Advisor

Frieder Rummel is an Executive Advisor for EMEA with ChapmanCG based in Vienna, Austria. He supports the EMEA team to build relationships with CHROs and global HR leaders in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Frieder also works as a leadership consultant and coach, and he leads assessment and talent projects for ChapmanCG. His experience involves decades of intense corporate work, including 18 years with Procter & Gamble, 12 years with Allianz and three years with Hershey’s.

Frieder has worked in Germany and Austria and, most recently, spent eight years in Asia. The focus of his work has been on Human Resources, but he has also spent time as a Managing Director and Head of IT, as well as acting as a company spokesperson. His last corporate role before joining ChapmanCG was as Senior Director, Human Resources, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Hershey Company.

Frieder is originally from Germany and holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Philipps University Marburg and a Doctorate in Mathematics from Technical University Darmstadt. He speaks both German and English fluently. In his spare time, Frieder enjoys nature and culture and has completed more than a dozen full marathons, with half a dozen in tropical climates.

Senior Director

Graham is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG based in the United Kingdom. He focuses on European and global search mandates, working with the team to identify high-calibre HR talent across EMEA and Internationally.

He has over 2 decades of executive search and recruitment experience, with a track record of success partnering with some of the top global multinationals across multiple sectors and a deep interest and knowledge of the HR function and future of work. Before a return to the UK in 2017, Graham spent 7 years in Singapore.

In his spare time, you will find Graham spending time with his young son, on the golf course or exploring a new city or coastline somewhere.

Tracy Goh

Director

Tracy is a Hong Kong-based Director with ChapmanCG. Through significant in-depth research and leveraging regional and global HR contacts, she identifies HR talents across Asia Pacific for strategic HR appointments, with a spotlight on HR leadership roles across all sectors in markets including Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Malaysia and Singapore.

Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Tracy worked for a leading national education firm where she was responsible for client management and business development, with a strong focus on both regional and global hiring. She managed the end-to-end onboarding process of high-caliber candidates, while overseeing the consistency of corporate branding. Her passion to foster strong client relationships, combined with a focus on economics, helped to drive revenue growth across tangential markets in her previous employment.

Before relocating to Hong Kong, Tracy resided in Singapore, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore. She is an avid traveller and has backpacked across Europe and the US, and has also visited other regions. Passion mixed with compassion aptly sums up her outlook towards life.
