Dale Cosgrave joins The Chapman Consulting Group

Dale Cosgrave has joined The Chapman Consulting Group as a Consulting Director – Financial Services. Dale will work with Matt Chapman on senior HR searches in the Financial Services sector in Singapore and also input into the broader HR financial services strategy for the organisation across Asia Pacific Japan.

Dale joins the group with a wealth of recruitment and search experience, as well as a unique perspective gained from living and working in four locations in Asia. He spent nine years with Michael Page International in Sydney, Japan and Hong Kong before moving to Singapore with Profile Search and Selection in 2007 to set up their Singapore and South East Asia HR practice.

Dale was voted as the number 1 HR headhunter in Singapore in the 2009 Asia Money Poll, a financial services-focused review of agency recruitment and search practitioners. This is a testament to Dale’s commitment to the Asia financial services HR community, and recognises the key HR appointments that he had made across several International banks during this tenure.

Dale has built his recruitment career on providing professional, dedicated consulting services tailored to the individual. He has an engaged, common-sense approach to client issues, and offers objective career guidance that has fostered a trust and loyalty with HR practitioners in the market.

Dale has a Bachelor of Business gained from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
