Stella Strazdas Partners with ChapmanCG

ChapmanCG welcomes Stella Strazdas to its team as an Executive Advisor and Global HR Leadership Coach based out of the New York metropolitan area. She will work with CHROs, HR leaders and business leaders around the world who are in the ChapmanCG network.

Prior to starting her own firm, Parvana Consulting LLC, which partners with ChapmanCG, Stella was with Johnson & Johnson for 17 years and most recently was the Worldwide Vice President Human Resources within Medical Devices. She also held other HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson leading regions for the Pharmaceuticals Group for North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Stella has worked in global Human Resources for over 20 years in various leadership positions at a number of Fortune 500 firms, including Merck, Hoffmann La-Roche and Unilever. She has deep experience in the areas of Compensation, Global Mobility, Leadership Development, Business Partnering and regional leadership of the Asia Pacific and Latin America markets for both integrated and matrixed business units. She has developed a reputation as a thought leader with the ability to identify diverse talent across the globe and build strong, engaged and empowered teams who can deliver on business commitments. Stella has led change and transformation at the global business unit level and at regional levels for HR models. Her track record includes building strong global Human Resources teams across the world who ensure HR Service Model Delivery systems are designed with business partnership and a strong change program for sustainability.

Stella has a Master of Public Health from New York University, a Master of Social Work from University of Toronto and a Bachelor of International Business and Human Resources Management from Upsala College. She has been an adjunct professor at NYU for the Stern and Wagner Schools in Management and is fluent in English, Spanish and has a general proficiency in French.
In her spare time, Stella enjoys traveling the world with her husband, supporting the arts and theatre in New York, community activism and practicing yoga.
