ChapmanCG Employees Take on the Challenge at the ASEAN Para Games

ChapmanCG is proud to have a record five employees participating in the ASEAN Para Games in Singapore next month. The company employs three para sailors, former Asian Para Games gold medalists, Jovin Tan and Qian Yin Yap, and Glen Tan who will compete in the doubles Hansa 303 event, as will Jovin. Jovin and Qian Yin proved unbeatable in the 2014 Para Games in Korea, when they made history bringing home Singapore’s first gold medal. This year Qian Yin will take on the solo Hansa 2.3 race for the first time in a major competition.

Ben Sim and Kumar Adiapatham, also ChapmanCG employees, will compete in the shooting event, where their accuracy and control will be tested as they use rifles to fire a series of shots at a stationary target. Fellow employee, Edwin Koh, will be on hand as a staff photographer for the wheelchair basketball at the indoor stadium.

Matt Chapman, CEO, states, “We are incredibly proud to have such broad representation in the first ASEAN Para Games to be hosted in Singapore. Flexible working is an important part of the culture at ChapmanCG, and we have found that it enables people to contribute fully, while pursuing their interests outside of work. I know that all of the ChapmanCG athletes have worked incredibly hard to get where they are, and we wish them all the very best and will be cheering them on the day.”
