Odilia Poon Joins ChapmanCG as a Director in Hong Kong

ChapmanCG today announced that Odilia Poon will join the company as a Director based in Hong Kong where she will focus on the Hong Kong and Greater China markets. With an extensive background in marketing, operations and management consulting, Odilia brings a wealth of experience to the business, having held prominent regional management positions with several leading international organisations.

Odilia comes to ChapmanCG after 13 years working in China, where she established operations for two international recruitment companies, growing each to a sizable scale. “Odilia brings a fantastic depth of knowledge and experience in both the Hong Kong and China markets,” said Ben Davies, Managing Director at ChapmanCG. “She has a proven track record in the region, and we look forward to her joining the team as we continue our growth in Greater China.”

Earlier in her career, Odilia held Sales and Marketing Director positions in a number of high-profile consumer goods conglomerates including Carlsberg, Pepsi-Cola and Rothmans International. She has a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Salford in the UK, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Odilia speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
