Global, Europe/Middle East/Africa (“EMEA”) and Europe roles make up most of our HR search activity in these markets. ChapmanCG has put a big focus on growing our Europe-based HR network. Our HR networking meetings are now very popular in Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. We are also developing a stronger foothold for HR searches in locations including Russia and Turkey.

By virtue of our global reach, ChapmanCG sits atop a large network of European HR leaders outside of the continent, particularly on assignment in Asia Pacific, North America, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. These high potential leaders eventually return home to take on HR leadership positions. We have found that Global HR and Business leaders increasingly appreciate this European HR talent who have had outside experience in fast-growing and emerging markets.
