The company has a particularly robust presence in The Americas and is now seeking a Global Director, Organizational Capability to be based in Houston, Texas.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Organizational Capability, this role will manage end-to-end talent management and OD programs. The role encompasses selection, assessment, talent development, leadership development and diversity & inclusion. The remit has two main focuses: one is being part of the global Organizational Capability team and owning 1-2 global processes. The other focus will be to own and implement the Organizational Capability programs into the global business unit you are part of. Leading a small team, the role will be both strategic and hands-on so the right person will need to be happy to “roll-up their sleeves”.  

The Individual

The professional we are seeking for this position is an experienced Organizational Capability/OD specialist with deep expertise in devising and executing practical, scalable programs across large organizations. The primary need is for broad and robust Talent Management/OD credentials gained within large and complex environments, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
