Our client is a multi-national network infrastructure provider, headquartered in United States with operations that span across all regions of the world. The business has over 100 locations worldwide, with more than 20,000 employees globally. We are helping the business to appoint a new Regional HR Lead to be based in Dubai.

The Role

As Regional HR Lead, you will be responsible for all HR functions across multiple cities in the Middle East region. This role requires a competent person who knows the Middle East region well and has a strategic mindset with strong business acumen. There will be a small number of direct reports and numerous stakeholder relationships to manage across the business.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with extensive geographic experience across the Middle East. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of HR experience. The incumbent will be a true business partner who has a strong ability to work with global teams in a matrix environment. Strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
