This role is to replace an internal move and will be located at the Global Head Office in Seattle, WA.

The Role

The Talent Manager will be responsible for the design and delivery of a Talent Management strategy inclusive of products, standards, and processes. Reporting into the Deputy Director for Talent Management and working in close partnership with the global HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will focus on driving succession planning, talent segmentation, talent assessment, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, and performance management. The position will oversee a small team of Talent Acquisition specialists and be directly involved in executive level recruitment.  

The Individual

The successful applicant will be an experienced Talent Manager who can demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactical experience in the design and implementation of talent management processes within in a global matrix organization. There is a strong preference for this individual to have previous experience managing a Talent Acquisition function together with some hands on executive recruitment experience. Working alongside the COE’s and HR Business Partners, you will drive succession planning and workforce planning discussion with the business ensuring greater transparency on all talent needs. Previous experience within Biotech, R&D and Pharmaceuticals would be an advantage.
