The business invests in all international markets from equities, fixed income and treasury, infrastructure, real estate, private equity and alternatives.

The Role

Responsibility will be held for talent planning and succession management, performance measurement, candidate assessments and job profiles. The primary focus of the role is to co-design and implement strategy for succession, staffing and performance management. Daily management of shareholders will require strong and influential communications skills, and extensive practical application of workforce analytics is expected.  

The Individual

At least 8 years experience in performance management, job analysis and evaluation and talent planning is sought in the chosen individual. Prior success in candidate assessment in a professional setting is crucial, most likely in a financial services environment, as is a commitment to living full-time in UAE.
