This major multinational organisation is continuing to grow its focus around the importance of data analytics across their extensive global HR Function. As a result, we are seeking an HR Data Scientist Director in this newly created role join the HR team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
Based in London, you will be responsible for building, managing and evolving the advanced analytics, reporting, and execution supporting the HR function. The role will be responsible for research, design, implementation, and validation of algorithms to analyse diverse and cross-sector sources of HR quality data and create ratings of other data products. In addition, you will be finding synergies between the work streams and leading efforts to drive efficiencies within the HR function through blending modeling, reporting and data execution capabilities.
Although an HR background will be a distinct advantage in this role, we are looking for a true expert in data modeling, advanced reporting and execution, with a background working with large populations within a global matrixed organisation. You will bring strong technical experience related to data analytics development and modeling. You will have a demonstrated ability to link strategic insights to operationalised business plans and experience developing scalable/flexible programming or analysis tools.
