Our client is a leading Swiss-based manufacturer with locations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, North America, Latin America as well as Asia-Pacific and has around 10,000 employees globally.
This role will be based in Dubai. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing groups of stakeholders across Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Pakistan, Saudi, Iran and Nigeria. Support is needed in all areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity and Retention.
At least 10 years’ HR generalist experience will be required, which will ideally have an emerging markets bias, in addition to some industry insight into the FMCG and consumer goods world. A broad suite of general commercial skills will be required, particularly building relationships, organising functional areas and driving change.
