With numerous elements of responsibility and reporting directly to the Business Head, this role has full ownership of a significant business. This is a formal leadership role leading the HR team in the region along with working in liaison with the relevant CoE’s. There are around 1000 people in the region and growing. This is an exciting position with a considerable amount of stakeholders to manage requiring a hands-on yet strategic approach.
We are looking for someone with significant international HR leadership experience within a matrixed business with extensive geographic experience across EMEA. You may have had exposure to Industrial businesses such as Manufacturing and Distribution, but this is not as critical as having diverse industry experience along with exposure to both running a region and developing a reasonable sized team of HR professionals across a multitude of countries. Knowing what great HR looks like is important so previous blue chip or MNC experience would be an advantage along with a varied blend of industry experience.
