The Role

There will be numerous elements of responsibility in this role. There are around 1000 people in the EMEA region and growing. This is an exciting position with a considerable amount of stakeholders to manage requiring a hands-on yet strategic approach.

The Individual

We are looking for someone with significant international HR leadership experience within a matrixed business with extensive geographic experience across EMEA. Ideally, you will have had exposure to industrial businesses such as manufacturing and distribution along with exposure to both running a region and developing a reasonably sized team of HR professionals across a multitude of countries. Knowing what great HR looks like is important so previous blue chip or MNC experience would be an advantage along with a varied blend of industry experience.
