Based in Singapore, the role leads a team of about 20 employees, providing full HR support to the Singapore operations and the regional corporate office. Ensuring efficient delivery of HR services to meet different business needs in the different business units would be one of the key objectives of this role. Developing a team of progressive HR people who come from varied backgrounds would be another priority.
We are looking for a solid HR Generalist or HR Business Lead with shared service experience (running customer boards, SLAs, demand & supply planning of HR services). You should have a strong track record of succeeding in complex and highly matrixed organisations, and with substantial experience in performance management of HR teams. You should also be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
