An Italian FMCG company is about to embark on a major growth strategy in the region and we are looking for an APAC C&B Lead to be based in Singapore as the organisation restructures. The company’s presence in Asia Pacific is growing and the regional hub as well its innovation centre is based in Singapore. The Role

Reporting to the APAC HR Director, this role will lead all Compensation & Benefits matters for the region. You will be developing and directing the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs based on Global frameworks to provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that all policies in the region are in compliance with applicable country regulations. This role requires partnering with the business leaders to ensure the strategy is in line with business needs.  

The Individual

You should have solid experience in rewards including analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs. Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling expatriate/mobility matters are equally critical. You should also demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
