An international insurance business with a growing presence in Asia. This role will be based in Singapore reporting to the APAC Head of HR. As part of the APAC HR management team this individual will have full regional business partnering oversight of half of the total employee population in the region.
This HR Business Lead will be responsible for supporting and driving the strategies for a 200-person population across APAC. This role engages with key business leaders across the region to address HR needs through identifying, proposing and implementing HR action plans. As the key point of contact, the role will work with management to understand their business activities and to drive business performance through their teams. The individual will need to be proactive in identifying future needs and devising suitable HR strategies and processes accordingly and ensuring successful implementation across the region. Additionally, the individual must build strong working relationships and align with key operational HR functions and key business and HR stakeholders.
You need to be a well-rounded HR Business Lead with a strong generalist grounding and strong business acumen. Stakeholder management ability and relationship management skills are key to the success of this position. Given the growth of the business across the region, this individual needs to be capable of functioning successfully in a fast paced, change environment. Strong Organisational Development and project management skill-sets will be key and the ability to coach senior management will be highly beneficial.
