A multinational leader in the global maritime industry with a sizeable operation in Manila.

The Role

Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll provide strategic HR business partnering support and direction to the managing director of the crewing division, his leadership team and the broader global crewing organisation, with an emphasis on the successful planning, delivery and execution of all HR activities. Provide leadership and support for all crewing related HR activities globally in accordance with group HR policies and delivery of relevant business unit objectives. Embed best practice people strategies and contribute to the delivery of wider group HR strategy as part of the international leadership team.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned generalist with broad geographic experience across both developed and emerging markets in large MNC organisations. You will lead and manage HR operations whilst acting as the key business partner and coach to senior management. The organisation is in a highly transformational stage of development so those with extensive experience in change environments and with a passion for organisational development will be well placed.
