The Role

Based in Shanghai, this role will be the Head of HR for China to lead the entire HR function. The business is growing tremendously in China with aggressive plans and is looking for a strong HR leader to help it get to the next level. You will be working closely with the business leaders to spearhead the growth and ramp up the organisation and HR function. The business is looking for someone strong in change management, able to deal with ambiguity and fast growth, and passionate about what they do. The organisation is full of energy and would suit someone with entrepreneurial spirit. You will have a team of 5 or 6, so will be a combination of both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.  

The Individual

You should have proven track record with 10-15 years of broad HR experience, preferably from the consumer, retail or technology related industry. Experience in transformations and change management will be important, as well as strong business acumen. You need to be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English.
